• When you place an order: your name, email address, country and the details of what you bought. If you pay by bank transfer, we also see the payment details and any payment screenshot you send us.
• When you sign up for free prompts or contact us: your name, email address and the message you send.
• Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

We do not store your full card details. We never ask for your card number, PIN or online banking password.

How we use your information

• To process your order and email your PDF download link.
• To confirm and keep a record of your payment.
